We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, materials, and sizing accurately. Minor variations (due to screen display, lighting, or manufacturing batches) may occur and do not constitute a defect. 

4. Pricing & Availability 

Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors, and will notify you if this affects a placed order. 

5. Orders & Order Acceptance 

Placing an order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed only once we confirm and dispatch the order. We may cancel or refuse an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or an undeliverable address, and will refund any amount already paid. 

6. Payment 

We accept online through various payment gateways. Cash on Delivery (COD) Is not currently available. Payment is processed securely through Razor pay ; we do not store your card or banking credentials.

10. Promotional Codes & Discounts 

Promo codes are valid as per the terms stated at the time of offer, are non-transferable, cannot typically be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn or modified at our discretion.

All content on this Website — including the UNDRESS name, logo, product photography, and copy — is owned by or licensed to SKRS International Private Limited and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission. 

12. User-Generated Content & Reviews 

If you submit a product review, comment, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with the Website and our marketing. You confirm that content you submit does not infringe any third party's rights and is not unlawful, obscene, or defamatory.
