Where We Ship 

We currently ship across India.

Order Processing Time 

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days of confirmation, excluding weekends/public holidays. During sale periods, processing may take longer - we'll communicate this at checkout if it applies. 

Estimated Delivery Times 

These are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays, weather, or regional disruptions. 

Shipping Charges 

Shipping Charges are free as they are inclusive in all orders.

Order Tracking 

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via Customercare@undress.co.in  to follow your order's progress. 

Delays 

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us at Customercare@undress.co.in  we'll check with our courier partner. 

Incorrect Address 

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, re-shipping charges may apply. 

Failed or Refused Delivery 

If delivery fails after reasonable attempts by our courier, or if a package is refused at the doorstep, the order will be returned to us. Depending on payment method, a refund (minus applicable shipping costs) will be processed, or the order can be re-shipped at your cost. 

Damaged or Lost Packages 

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept it, or record it on delivery and contact us within 48 hours with photos. For packages lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with our courier partner and offer a replacement or refund.
